SHIPPING AND RETURNS
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment. The transport company we work with will send a tracking number and delivery will be unsigned. Please contact us if you prefer registered delivery, an additional charge will apply. Whichever shipping method you choose, you will receive a link to track your order online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We cannot be responsible for any damage to your package after it has been dispatched, but we do our best to protect fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

ALTONADOCK RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the package. For any management of the order you must write us an email to email@example.com, or call 916 225 990 EXT 3 (LOGISTICA).
If the reason for return is a change of size, or article, Altonadock will take care of the shipping costs. After receiving your request via email or telephone, we will contact you to explain the procedure to be followed.
However, if you request a full refund, you must contact our customer service department by email or telephone to inform them of the return. Afterwards, you must send the package to our warehouse, leaving it up to you to choose the transport company with which to send the package and assuming the shipping costs.

When the product arrives at our offices you will be refunded the value of the returned item(s). The refund will be made by the same method of payment chosen in the purchase process, within the legally established period of 14 calendar days.
Returns won’t be accepted in:
- Masks, for hygienic reasons.
- Physical shop and no ECI point of sale, for orders placed through the website.
*If you have returned an item that cannot be returned we will contact you and send it to you at your own expense.
